McKinney L.E.A.D School for Urban Ministry Program
One Year Program - Senior Pastor Oversight
The one year internship program is designed to empower the local church in Leadership Development.
Every person can benefit from proper leadership development from the Senior Pastor to the Lay person.
This short term program can help the Senior Pastor spend time with members and impart vision and purpose to students. The program is the basic foundation for selecting future leadership and empowering the minister and leaders for future theological growth. The local church can select one of two seasonal tracts:
January through December or March through February. (12 Credit Hours) All credits count towards all certificate programs and Degree Programs.

The Certificate of Theology is awarded after the completion of 18 credit hours and provides the minister and student with a basic theological foundation for ministry.
